ADDED A SPEED-UP OBSTACLE!
When the avatar hits these red obstacles it acts in a similar way to the med-kits, but means everything else speeds up. I've included a "SpeedUp" method to each of those that I would like to be effected by the red guy. So far the floor detail, side details and the other cubes will be increment every time it's touched... giving the impression that the world is speeding past you.
I'm going to have to add some notification of both: getting health and when speed up is obtained (I'll likely do this with an HTML element).
For the speed-up obstacles I'd also like to tinker so they're more random and appear more "natural" - rather than spawning in a line.
